How Matrix Tag “n” Trace works?
Personal data is safely stored on our data base and is not printed on your Tag Labels. You will be given a Luggage label that only contains your Personal Matrix Code ID Number. If your luggage goes missing, it can easily be traced back to you via your unique ID. You don't disclose that you are away from home by displaying a Tag containing personal details so you remain anonymous.
Once your Luggage is relocated, our eye catching luggage tags will prompt the lost property or baggage handlers worldwide to simply scan your unique Matrix Code. That will give them instruction in 22 different languages to contact us with your unique ID code number, to ensure your luggage will be returned to you with minimal fuss.
All Matrix Tag “n” Trace comes with your personal ID numbers.
Your ID number helps us track your luggage back to you. After you purchase the matrix Tag”n” Trace card you have to activate them online or over the phone.
All your contact details are then encoded into our secure data base. If your luggage was to go missing, it can be easily tracked back to you by the unique personal code numbers. Please make sure that you fill in the relevant fields in the registration form, if you do not wish to register your home address you can register it to your work address.
What do I do if my luggage should go missing?
Tell the service desk at the airport that your luggage is missing; they will take the details of your luggage. Please make sure that you give them your personal ID number

Simply send us a Text or an email with the word LOST and your ID Number. You can do this via our website or by email; at this point there is no need to call us.
Our Staff will try to relocate your luggage
Carry on with your holiday, head to your holiday destination and we will notify you by text or email when your luggage has been found (at times you may receive a call from the service desk with notification that it has been found).
Once your luggage has been relocated we will email you the location and who to contact to arrange its return. Please give your ID Number as proof of ownership.
